Iowa/Iowa State 2004.

Nice shirt.

Bradman.

The crowd on Melrose Place.  (Yes, that's the actual name of the street.  I used to live next to it.)

I'm liking this frayed miniskirt fashion craze.

Another crowd shot.

The funny part is, her dad (an ISU grad) was off-camera and talked her into it.

At The Magic Bus.

The swank new cooler trailer.

Helmet guy.  (What is he, a Penn State fan?)

The TV we all had to watch.

(I don't get a press pass anymore.)

TOUCHDOWN!

Girl with stop sign.

Some guy gave me a warn Natty Light he had in his pocket.

Maybe it was in honor of former Iowa State basketball coach Larry Eustachy (pictured here with me at 3rd on First in Cedar Rapids back in 2002).

Jay Parsons, Kelly and Ryan (who flew in from New York and landed at the Eastern Iowa Airport around 9:30am).

Me.

The crowd grows.

Hawai'ian shirt guy.
(Damn right I put an apostrophe in it!)

This guy is...um...rolling his own TOBACCO cigarette.
Yeah, tobacco...

A couple of guys from Dethstryke. (They used to live in the house the Magic Bus is behind.)

Anderson.

Dudley Fleck makes an appearance.

KB Posse rocks the bus at halftime.

Anderson takes a call from Jerry Seigel.

Ryan.

This was the second try, but I liked the first one too much not to use it.

Anderson works some ISU gals.

Shark!

THE BEER SPRINKLER!!!

Explaination: Some guy lobbed a can of Miller High Life Light into a front yard on Melrose, and it ruptured.  Thus...

BEER SPRINKLER!!!

After a good nap, it was on to the Ryan Bruchett 30th Birthday bash at 3rd Street Live. (He's an Iowa State alum, so I had to rub in the 17-10 Hawkeye win.)

The man of the hour.

Jay and Jaymz Larson.

An impromptu KRUI reunion: me, Ryan, and WMT local sports guy Ryan Schlader.

Burchett makes a speech.

Jaymz and Bernie.

Ryan and my sister, Lisa.

It's like "Hands Across America": Dave "Jersey" Roberts and Josh Baynes.

The band: Kentucky Fried Mullet.

Brad Finn rocks out by the soundboard.

It's a Jagerbomb: Jagermeister...IN BOMB FORM!  (Or in this case, mixed with Red Bull.)

Rocky, our host for the evening. (And the frontman for Maxx Static.)

Josh and me.

Brooke and Jersey at Dublin City after we left 3rd Street.

COPS!
