How bad is parking in Iowa City? I was going to Buffalo Wild Wings in the Old Capitol Mall and, knowing I was going to leave my car overnight, had to park on the 600 block of S. Madison St...in front of the old 620 Club. "No Parking 2-6am" MY ASS!
