It occurred to me that while I take all these photos of my little "adventures", I haven't really taken shots of my day-to-day life.  So I present me at work...

The typical day starts as I arrive at work at The Mighty 1630 KCJJ around 4am.

The production studio, where I do my part every weekday morning.

AND I get a TV!

Captain Steve, who runs the place along with Tom Suter and runs the main board.
Anthony Weller, the third part of the team, joins us from the small studio in his house.

The view outside my studio.

Cornfields and satellite dishes.

The studios in better light.

The towers.

Lots of towers.

Five, in all.

My window is the one on the right.

Then when the Cedar Rapids Roughriders have a home game, I go back into action.

Former WMT morning guy Gary Wolter runs the music...

...while I'm the public address announcer.  In other words, he's the DJ, I'm the rapper(1).

My notes and stuff.

Looking down below "The Loft".

Our internet steaming station.
Not pretty, but it gets the job done.

The Riders take the ice.

The lever I pull for the foghorn after we score.

I pulled it a lot that night.  (We beat Indiana 7-3 in Game 1 of our first-round playoff series.)

We also won the Anderson Cup this season, given to the team with the best regular-season record.

Here's a better picture, sans my fat head.
