Friday night 12/2/2005

Iowa vs. Fairfield. Bradman's old campaign manager, Paul, works for Kum n Go and got Bill Krause's tickets. Who's Bill Krause? The who owns Kum n Go. ALL OF THEM!
Needless to say, the seats were...not bad at all...

It was kind of snowy when we left Kum n Go...	...and on the way to the arena.	The early game between Valparaiso and Tulane.	Not bad seats, huh?
Paul and me.	Enjoying the Jack Nicholson-esque courtside seats.	And right next to the student section, too.	Larry Morgan and Mac McCausland talk to Bob Bowslby...right in front of us.
The Hawkeyes out for the shoot-a-round.	Herky.	The introductions.	And then came the cheerleaders...
			And tipoff.
		(Did I mention the great seats?)	More cheerleaders.
The refs check a replay to see if a last-second Stags shot went in at the buzzer (It did.).	Dozens of Hawkeye athletes honored at halftime.		I stop Iowa linebacker Abdul Hodge at courtside for a quick photo. (One of the perks of the nice seats.)
Iowa wins 75-59.		(And with that, the Tale of the Great Seats comes to and end.)
